Regal's Moment

Regal is the horse that started it all for Tosha! Regal is a 2004 unraced thoroughbred gelding that was rescued from the kill buyer at an auction, went on to compete through preliminary level, and brought two junior riders up through the ranks in eventing. He was so beloved by all that met him, he has created a fairly large "Regal Family." He is now enjoying a well-deserved retirement and all the peppermints he can eat.

Northern Soul

"Titan" is a 2009 thoroughbred gelding who competed up to beginner novice, showed up to 3'3" and schooled up to 4' at home. An absolute sweetheart on the ground, he is making a junior rider's dreams come true and is showing her the ropes of eventing.

Take the Field

"Hustler" is a 2017 gelding with a puppy dog personality and a heart of gold. Fancy and smooth movement combined with an amateur/junior rider-friendly brain. Hustler has found his very own loving family and will soon be making his debut in the hunter/jumper world!

Favorite Trip

"Fiji" is a 2015 mare who boasts an amazing pedigree including Storm Cat, Secretariat, Mr. Prospector, Deputy Minister, and more. She won her maiden race in 2017, and raced three more times but was unable to repeat that success. She retired off the track in 2019, and has had significant down time before making her way to my program. She stands 16.2 and is of medium build. Fiji is incredibly sweet, and gets very bonded to "her person." She is fancy on the flat, and has smooth, rhythmic gaits. Has been introduced to jumping and really enjoys it! Fiji is bold and curious, and absolutely loves hacking out on the property.

Fiji moved to Oregon to be with her new mom, and they are looking to make their three day eventing debut in 2021!

Strait Up Indian

"Indie" is a 2016 mare with an impressive pedigree including Mr. Prospector, Unbridled, Siberian Express, and Indian Charlie (Grade I Santa Anita Derby stakes record time holder and third place finisher in the Kentucky Derby). Her one race in August 2020 proved she was far too slow to cut it as a racehorse. Indie stands 16.1 hands and is cute as a button. Incredibly polite and sweet, you couldn't ask for a better horse to handle on the ground, and she loves to cuddle.

Indie will be learning the ropes of eventing with her new mom; we can't wait to see what they accomplish!

Cordial Charlie

"Swanky" is a 2017 gelding with an amazing pedigree, including Northern Dancer, Unusual Heat, Deputy Minister, Storm Cat, and Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes winner Real Quiet. Swanky was trained at the track, but never raced as he was too slow and did not love track life. He enjoyed a month of down time after leaving the track before being brought into a training program. He stands 16.2 and takes up your leg nicely without feeling too big.

Swanky found his match in a great young rider, and they will be learning the ropes of eventing together!

Alystar

"Bizzy" is a 2016 mare with an all-star studded pedigree, including Storm Cat, Seattle Slew, Secretariat, Northern Dancer, and Mr. Prospector. Bizzy raced a total of four times (three in 2018, and her last race was February 2019). She placed well out of the money each time, and was retired for being too slow. She stands 16.1, with good substance and body. Bizzy carries herself incredibly well, and just screams presence.

She showed dressage up to Training Level tests 1 and 2, competed in the jumper classes up to 2'6", and enjoyed many trail rides.

Bizzy is living the life being spoiled by her new mom and hitting the trails together!

C'mon Jenna

"Fargo" is a 2018 gelding with some pretty impressive names in his pedigree; Storm Cat, Northern Dancer, A.P. Indy, Secretariat, Seattle Slew, Mr. Prospector, and Dynaformer. He stands 16.3 and will easily finish at 17 or above.

Fargo is staying close in Northern CA and will be getting ample time to grow up slowly and correctly, then will hit the trails and learn some dressage with his new mom!

Wholetthecatout

"Baja" is a 2019 gelding with an incredible pedigree including Storm Cat, A.P. Indy, Seattle Slew, Mr. Prospector, Secretariat, Northern Dancer, and Summer Squall. He raced four times (all at Golden Gate Fields in Northern CA), never placing better than 5th and retiring sound. His last race was 3/12/22. Baja currently stands at 16.3 and a half hands, and will easily finish at 17 hands or above.

Baja moved right down the street and will be getting lots of time to grow up into his big body, then will be making quite a splash in the jumper ring!

Sound Judgment

"Judge" is a 2016 gelding sired by The Pamplemousse, a stallion known for his speed and raw ability. The Pamplemousse has sired many successful upper level sport horses, and is being geared towards a second career as an event horse himself. Judge's pedigree also includes Street Sense (2007 Kentucky Derby winner), Dynaformer, Northern Dancer, and Mr. Prospector. Judge raced 20 times and was a winner, with his last race occurring on 9/3/22. He ran on CA tracks (Golden Gate, Sacramento, Fresno, Los Alamitos, and Pleasanton). Judge has been sticked at 16.1 hands, and is of medium build.

Judge is staying on the farm for a bit to continue his training, and then will be moving to his new mom's property! They are going to take on the dressage and jumping world together. He will still be close by, and I can't wait to watch their new partnership flourish!
